Challenge: Character-level information is included in many NLP models, but evaluating the information encoded in character embeddings is an open issue.
Approach: They propose to use shape, sound, and color embeddings to evaluate the information encoded in character representations in five languages to perform cross-lingual analysis.
Outcome: The proposed classifiers evaluate phonological information encoded in character embeddings and LSTM models.

Challenge: Several studies have discussed pros and cons of videoconferencing for group meetings, international conference organisation and teaching.
Approach: They propose to use 12 video recordings of Zoom meetings held in English by an international group of researchers from September 2021 to March 2023 to study group communication in a reallife setting.
Outcome: The proposed corpus was developed under the auspices of the international network on Gesture and Head Movement in Language (GEHM) it shows that the participants' speech transcription and visual keypoint values can be visualised to see how gestural behaviour supports feedback words during the interaction.

Challenge: Existing methods for generating formal verse poetry use existing poems for supervision, which are difficult to obtain for most languages and poetic forms.
Approach: They propose an unsupervised approach to generate formal verse poetry without supervision . they use control codes to describe meter and rhyme scheme constraints, and train a transformer language model .
Outcome: The proposed method generates poems that follow any given meter and rhyme scheme without training . it is comparable to those written by humans and generates comparable quality poems .
